I bought a used, VW Certified Pre-owned Jetta from this crew for my wife. The deal was great but the car had an unexpected problem upon delivery where rain would leak into the car. They delivered a new loaner car to my business for us to use until the issue was fixed. They went to great lengths to find and fix the leak, and now the car is perfect! Thank you, Oklahoma City VW! First time every looking at Volkswagens, they had the largest selection in OKC and we were able to find exactly what we were looking for (we love our new Atlas). Giving 5 stars solely to our salesman, Dakota. He is the only one that the entire team who kept the sale afloat. Detail failed at their job getting my car ready for pickup. Financing wouldn't take "no thank you" for an answer,so I finally had to say "no". He came back with the right numbers, but sent me with a car with 1/2 tank of fuel to drive 2 hours back home as if that saved him the difference in the TTL (his explanation, not mine). The detail shop left residue on the windshield, bug guts dried on the grill, pen mark on the back seat, dried food in the passenger cup holder, & smears on the dash. The back office ran a hard inquiry without my permission that resulted in immediate adverse action on my credit report. The processor denied this until I showed him on their business app & then continued to blow it off as standard practice even though I had told them repeatedly that I was prequalified through my credit union. Dakota was a natural & demonstrated transparency, empathy for the buyer, & motivation for a happy sale. He called me the day after the sale to let me know he's mailing a 2nd key out for the car. He deserves kudos for literally saving a sale that the rest of his team otherwise scared away.
