Science Museum Oklahoma
Discover Science's Role in Our Everyday Lives
Since 1958, the Science Museum Oklahoma has been "enriching people's lives by revealing the wonder and relevance of science."
They do this through their 350,000 square feet of hands-on science exhibits. There's even a 20,000-square-foot "city" called CurioCity. In the eight whimsical sections, or neighborhoods, children are encouraged to learn through play. They'll be exposed to science through different interactive activities, including storytelling and playing instruments.
If botany is more your thing, you'll love walking around the Gardens. There are native and Oklahoma-proven plants throughout the grounds. Plus, you'll get to explore the hobby greenhouse and even play some lawn games!
